Package 10 utilized IB instead of SCtrading services, major historical delay from daily which is correct to 1,3 minute charts . Delay is from 30 seconds to minutes. or totally incorrect. Since I had Series package 10 decided to change to Denali exchange. Went thru all gyrations including Setup Instruction: Sierra Chart Software item 1-5, 6 will not be using Denali with trading services 7-9, 10 File >open chart book or books? edit>translate symbols to current service 12 . How do you open chartbook than edit>translate symbols to current service ? M only seen on Futures, nothing on Equities . Present problem no delays just incorrect information, daily always seems to be correct but one minute, 3 minutes on equities has charting and pricing incorrect. Note also some symbols are truncated at 5 minutes to the left of the screen so no full display. On the top line information SC DATA -All Services Correct Date and Time only question is do I need Simulation since I will not be using IB data and trading. |

First of all, you have only activated the Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts exchange. Therefore, you are only setup to get real-time data for those products that are traded on the CME Group. Any other data (such as U.S. Equities) are going to be delayed data. Let us know if you are having an issue with the CME Group data. If you need other data and do not know how to get it (such as U.S. Equities) then let us know what you need and we can help you get it setup.
