Hello supportteam, I got two questions. My account needs to be changed because next week I want to trade live. I didn't understand the difference between 3 and 10 in your packages. 1) In package 3, for example, it was not mentioned that there is a 15-minute time delay. Can you tell me why that is? 2) which one do I have to use package 10 to have no time delay? |

1. Service Package 3 includes the Delayed Exchange Data Feed for delayed futures and stock data. Real-time futures and stock data is not included with Service Package 3. 2. You will need to use Service Package 10 for real-time futures and stock data.
