Hi, I am trying to use some symbols in Indexes S&P (Real-time) in both CQG and Rithmic connections, but the data is still delayed, not real-time as expected. I am using Service Package 11. Can you please help me what else I am still missing to have Indexes S&P in real-time. Thank you.

You would need to activate the S&P Indices exchange, which is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Hi John, I followed your instructions to activate both Real-Time Data Connections and S&P Indices. Then I can see real-time data for tickers in S&P Indices. However, the real-time data is used for SC Data - All Services only, not Rithmic Direct. I am using Rithmic data feed to trade and would like to see real-time S&P Indices together too. How can I have it run in other connections, not only SC Data - All Services. Thank you.

When you are connected to "Rithmic Direct - DTC" you should still be getting the data for the S&P Indices from our Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed. Make sure the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If you need to change it from No to Yes, then you will need to close that window and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed in order to start getting the real-time data from us. Hi John, Thank you very much for your great answers! That setting 'Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds' = Yes does help real-time data for Rithmic from SC Data. I really appreciated your precise direction.
