Cannot Connect to Denali Data Exchange Feed

Can someone with Sierra check my account. I made 4 payments cause SC keeps saying I need to pay over and over again and I still don't have real-time data. I have a support ticket out but there is no response over there. Thought to check in the board to see if I can get assistance?? Currently under SC Package 11.. just don't understand the account control board. I select the To Do items. All but Denali continues to ask to purchase over and over again.

I went to Global Setting>Symbol Settings>Update From Server. Figuring that would update everything? I need NQ, ES, CL, GC, SI and it's delayed. What am I supposed to chose in Data/Trade Service Settings>Current Selected Service List? I chose Rithmic and nothing happens so I chose SC Data - All Services.. I get the data but delayed.

We did not activate market depth for you. Your account for this month is set to pay two exchange fees. That does not go down to one exchange fee until next month and therefore would be $66 for another two days for market depth. Is this worth it for you?

We have activated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" for you.

You will need to have at least $33.00 in your account before the first day of each month in order to pay the exchange fee, which is due on the first day of each month.

Keep in mind the exchange fee is separate from your Service Package fee, which next comes up for renewal on December 22, 2022.
