What you are seeing could simply be that your computer clock is off by 8 seconds. We recommend setting your computer clock to our server by selecting Global Settings >> Set System Date-Time from Server. I have no issue with my computer clock during the overnight sessions, the price was obviously lagged once NY market opened. I can notice my order was filled even though the candle on the chart was not printed yet.
