Cannot replay chart

I cannot replay chart anymore. It was working fine this afternoon but when I tried to do it later in the day, It would just reload the chart and when I clicked PLAY, it would just reload again and nothing is moving. Please help.I attached a log file below

How are you defining where to start the replay? Have you set a Use Start Date Time on the Replay window? Or did you scroll the chart back to where you wanted to start? yes I set the time and date on the replay window. I started with single chart on my 15 secs chart. I also tried it with my 1 min chart. It wouldjust keep reloading the chart when i pressed PLAY. I updated my sierra and tried it again but the result is still the same.

Can you please get us a screenshot of the Replay Window so we can see how this is set?
