I don't receive live data

I have no live data, I contacted my provider AMP future and they say everything is ok from their side, to contact Sierra Char support.

Error message : "Real-time market date only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol F.US.ENQZ22 ID:11 Click for symbol information
Download failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart Data feed"

Everything on your account looks good, such that you should not have any issues getting the real-time data for that symbol from our Denali Exchange Data feed.

If you are still having issues, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
