1. I am having an issue with SC CL pricing not agreeing with other charting packages I run. I do not know how to solve it.

2. I sent old chartbooks after it was requested so you guys could convert them and did not get any response.

1. You are not setup to get real-time data from our data feeds. If you are not getting data from your trading service, then you are probably seeing the Delayed Streaming data for CL, which would explain the issue if you are trying to compare the current bar/price, as what you are seeing would be 10 minutes behind.

But, if you are getting data from your trading service, then you would need to go over any data issues with them.

2. Do you have a link to the thread in which asked for the conversion? We are not seeing a recent thread on this topic from your account.

Hi John

Thank you for the quick reply.

1. Do I pay 46 USD a month for delayed data? I thought i was paying for live data at that price.

2. I will see if it was an email or how the suggestion came to me to email support@sierrachart.com and attach copies of old CHT filesto the email and they would convert them and send them back. SO I sent the email and nev er heard back.

Thanks again

Ray

I will look into this now.

1. Even though I reset the program to 2363 not all charts open. When updates to SC happen would be great to know which version I have to reset to in order to correctly open ALL old chart books. Do they have a date stored or a version number stored so we could work on that?

Hi John

What do I have to do to get real time data for my SC package. Seemed like 46 USD/month should get me real time data. Please help me get this remedied.

Thank you!

Ray

$46 is just for the Usage Time. It does include real-time data for FOREX and CFDs, but any other data needs to have the exchange fee paid as well (the exchanges want their money for the data). Since you are wanting real-time data for the CME Group, then follow the instructions at the following link to get this setup and pay for the exchange(s) you want:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Just be aware of the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

By the way, you do need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (10, 11, and 12) in order to get the data for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and/or to make any external connections. So you are on the correct package.

If your chartbook(s) were sent to our email, then we will get to those.
