I have not been able to Download Current Version (2419). The download re opens with the Grey background but no charts open up. I have been forced to reinstall Previous Version which Still works fine also there is a system Notification message that the new version needs to be downloaded. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Not receiving Delayed Data? To solve this you need to update to the current version. Refer to this Support Board Posting.

Are you using Delayed data? What is the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service set to? Also, when you state that no charts open, did you try to open a Chartbook manually by selecting File >> Open Chartbook and nothing happened?
