Real time Denali Feed

I have activated a real time Denali Feed (package 11) but am still getting delayed data. While I provided account info etc on the CME form I am not using live data (Denali) or the sierra chart platform to execute trades - I am using them to read charts. Are there any additional steps to complete before I can start receiving live data (initial message pop up yesterday said this should be available within 3 minutes) - I already performed the step re connecting broker account and then changed it back to SC Data All Services

Everything is set up correctly regarding the Denali Data Feed on your Sierra Chart account.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
