Hello, good afternoon again! I changed the address of the disk where the Charts and study groups are saved, now when I save a new configuration it gives me an error and it does not save them. (attached photo) thanks in advance.

The error you are getting is telling you that you can not write the files because they are in use by another process. It sounds like you may have another Sierra Chart running, or if you changed the location of the Data folder for a Sub-Instance to the same as another instance of Sierra Chart (which you must not do, or you will have problems, such as the above).

We do not know the particular setup in your case, so we can not say for sure what is occurring. But make sure you exit from all your Sierra Charts and make sure that each instance has its own Data folder that it is using and that it is not shared with another instance. Then start again and see if you continue to have issues.

Hello, I don't have any open instances at first! Right now I just deleted the instance file from the disk! It seems that the error comes from the Spreadsheet! I still don't know how to fix it. Thank you

The error is the same as previously. There is some other process that is trying to do something with the file when you are trying to save it. Do you have any synchronization software running, or is that location a cloud upload space? Is there anything else that would be trying to access that file?
