Unable to place limit orders

Hi

I am unable to place limit orders.

Orders are being rejected with the message symbol not allowed for trading for account. Symbol is NQ which I have previously traded and have permissions to do so.

I have restarted SC.
I have checked I have sufficient margin available.

When I trade ES I place a limit order for 6 contracts but the system only allows 2 contracts and cancels the other 4 contracts.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Regarding the ES Trade I have attached the order log and this is the rejection msg from msg log.

I searched position quantity limit and increased it to 10 contracts in Global settings using this article but it did not help

For rejections like these, you need to contact your broker and have them increase the position limit for that particular product :

My broker has been able to fix the ES issue but I still cannot trade NQ

What is the message you are getting when you trade NQ?

Those messages were for the ES. If you are getting the same messages for NQ then you need to call your broker and ensure they have update your position limit for NQ and any other instruments you may be trading that would require a higher limit than what has been set.
