Hello, When I move chart values/crosshair on chart and click for info it goes white on any number area (studies or footprint candles), and with pointer on trading window if do mouse click on place limit orders or stops it does it also. Had this problem for month or two and built other chartbooks etc and does it to all of them. Did not months back and thinking one of the updates did it? 2391 is current version. Or settings somewhere? Makes things harder when trying to trade as you can imagine. What you are describing is typical when using OpenGL with an AMD graphics card. Turn off the use of OpenGL and the problem should go away. Refer to the following setting: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
