Setting up Order allocation

Hello I am trying to use my rhythmic apex account and everytime I try to setup the allocation for orders it 1. Will not let me add it to the selected accounts 2. Will not let me have more than 1 available account 3. Save any accounts I've connected Please help thanks a lot |

Sorry, but we are not understanding the particular issue you are having. In particular what do you mean regarding multiple accounts? We understanding you are trying to connect to an Apex Trading Account, therefore you would need to following the instruction to connect to a Rithmic account. So my problem is when I conenct to rithmic and try to add rithmic to my allocation accounts it just will not move from available accounts. So I go back to my tenton order routing account and the apex available account deletes and goes away

The Order Allocation to Trading Accounts only works with accounts that are available under a single login. You can not use it between accounts that have separate logins. My apex account is only through rithmic it’s not connected to a sierra account, so with this being does that mean I can’t trade it at all? I would have to update my apex/rythmic data to get what i need on top of sierra charts. Not sure what else to dk

In order to connect Sierra Chart to a Rithmic trading service follow these instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Since you have two different trading accounts (Teton Order Routing and Rithmic), we recommend having 2 installations of Sierra Chart, one for each trading service, that way each installation is always connected to that trading service. Refer to the following for how to install additional Sierra Charts: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Then you would go through the instructions for Rithmic in that new installation. As long as both installations are on the same system, then you can get the Denali data to both installations for no additional cost.
