Hello, My alerts stopped working a few weeks ago. I just upgraded to the latest version 2393 thinking maybe that would help but it did not. Any suggestions on how I might be able to fix? I've sent the log into the Log Analysis service. Thank you! |

What type of alerts are you referring to? An alert on a study? Go to Window >> Alert Manager >> Log (through the menus) See if there is any message there which gives an indication about the problem.
