Hello,

I'm using Denali data feed and only receiving RTH data for market indexes, such as, $SPX,$INDS,$DOWI.

How can I receive 24hr Globex data on these indexes?

Thank you,

Tom

Cash indices are only going to provide data during the regular trading hours. For other hours you just need to use the futures data equivalent symbols of these and you can find the symbols in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures.

I have watched 24hr charts of the indices (SPX500, NAS100, GER30, US30) so I know the data is available.

So are you saying Denali is intentionally capped to only provide the data during RTH?

Sorry, we do not agree with your conclusion. These cash indices from these primary providers under no circumstances exist at all 24 hours. We have no further comment on this at all. Please do not ask further about this. We will not respond.
