Hi,

Sierra Chart is connected to "SC Data-All Services.

I have been trying to load a TSX delayed Intraday chart.
On the Intraday chart, there is 1 month of data missing on the chart, even after the Data Feed is disconnected and then connected.
On the Daily Historical chart it is always a day behind, even after the Data Feed is disconnected and then connected.
I've tried looking on the support board but could not find any reference to this.

Kind Regards,

This is resolved but there will be a one day delay for data from this exchange.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Did a search and found this thread.

I did notice some inconsistency with TSX historical charts over the last few days.
They were working fine this morning but for some reason not loading anymore.
I never had to set or update symbol settings for these in the past, they would just load.
Would be nice to keep support for these but I understand if it needs to be removed.

This will definitely be the case:
On the Daily Historical chart it is always a day behind, even after the Data Feed is disconnected and then connected.

On the Intraday chart, there is 1 month of data missing on the chart,
This chart is not missing a month of data:

As we said previously:
there will be a one day delay for data from this exchange.

If there is missing data that we cannot see in the chart, then refer to:

Hi,
When I mentioned that On the Intraday chart, there is 1 month of data missing on the chart, that was resolved when instructed to go to Symbols. Thanks

Now, what I'm saying, on the delayed 10 minute intraday chart, it will not update with delayed data during the day even when "Delete and Download Data" is used

That's the reason in the previous ticket I sent you a screen shot that illustrated the chart time was not the same as the computer after the "Delete and Download Data" is used

I attached another chart that should help to show this.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

I'm still having the same issue on the intraday data not updating.
I understand the historical data is a day behind.

To my understanding, the intraday data should be a 10 delay, and it will not update even when "Delete and Download Data" is used. Only the previous day data is loaded.

Kind Regards,
