Hello,

I have no data since march 18 1pm.

I have upgraded my package from 5 to 11 to have a direct data access but still this morning on the futures dax mini I have no data.

Could you help please?

Thank you and sorry I have indeed completly forgotten to update it.

However, I have now reload the June contrat, and my data is still not live. I thought with the denali option data was live?

Even now, on 30 tick chart, the last candle is at 11.02am and on a 1min chart, 11.43am.

Maybe I missed again something.

EUREX symbols will be delayed by 15 minutes unless you are paying the EUREX exchange fee which you are not. So the delay should be 15 minutes.

You should be receiving streaming delayed data.

If the delay is more than that or the charts are not updating at all:

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

I'm a little confused sorry.

Where can I suscribe the eurex extra fee?

I have upgrated yesterday my package from 10 to 11 thinking to have a live eurex future data, was is really necessary or can I suscribe the eurex extra fee with the 10th sierra package?

Thank you for your quick reply.

I have bought the 25$ option to have the live data, and it works :)

But now I have an issue with the number bars calculated value, all the data is with 0 value (cumulative delta, delta..) still before suscribing to the Eurex exchange option the data was accurate.

Could you help please?

I think there is a misenderstanding.

I am referring to numbers bars calculated value and not number bars.

Here under the link of the screenshot, where you can see I have 0 value everywhere.

Is that screenshot from a sub instance of Sierra Chart?

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings



Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings Values.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

We apologize. We now realize what the issue is. Numbers Bars Calculated Values study only works on Service Package 11 or higher:


To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

I have made a 25$ payment and upgraded again to package 11.

All works good, thank you.

I don't understand why have I to make another 25$ payment to access to package11.

Indeed I have already made the folowing payment last days :

March 21 : 46$ for package 11
March 22 : 25$ for the eurex live data
March 23 : 25$ to solve the numbers bars issue but I don't understand why?

Hello,

Thank you all clear for me.

I use Sierra Chart for my analysis and want to trade through my prorealtime account.

But I am encountering an issue, I have the same data SR/PRT for time chart (1min, 5min...) but for tick chart no. Any idea why?

This is a hugh issue for me because I only use tick chart, and I don't understand the gap beetween Sierra chart and prorealtime.
