Hello,
I'm on sim.

Also, are the data different in the SIM and the REAL?
Thank you

The names of the symbols depends on what the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to. If you are changing this between a Sim (Simulated Futures Trading Service) and Live (CQG/Rithmic/Teton Order Routing/Etc.) then the symbols will need to change.

But, if you are simply using the Simulation Mode and turning this off and on, then the symbols will stay the same, as you are not changing the Current Selected Service.

As to whether the data is different, it also depends on what your difference is between Sim and Live (as above). Again, if you are changing services, then it is possible that you are getting the real-time data from one source and the sim data from another.

You have us curious, are you connecting to a live trading account?

Along these lines, we see that you are on Package 11, but you have not activated any exchanges and you have not connected to a live, funded trading account for the CME Group Non-Professional exchange fees. Please let us know if you are wanting real-time data and what exchanges and we will direct you from there.

You do not need to have your service set to SC Data - All Services in order to use the system in Simulation mode. You can have any service set and still use the Sierra Chart Simulation Mode. Refer to the information here:
Trade Simulation

But, if your Service is set to "SC Data - All Services", then the symbol of "F.US.DBH22" is not correct. That is a CQG symbol. Therefore, you should open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change any symbols in your charts that are not set for the current service to change to the correct symbols.

------

If you are just using Sierra Chart for simulation right now and not doing any live trading from the software, then we recommend just using our Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which has streaming delayed data from the CME Group, EUREX, and NASDAQ TotalView exchanges. You can also be on Package 5 and get this data. Refer to the information here:

Donc mon package 11 est inutile et je peux avoir ma SIM avec le package 5 pour moins cher ?

So my package 11 is useless and I can have my SIM with package 5 for less?

If you are not doing any live trading, and you are willing to work with the Delayed Streaming Data for your simulation purposes (which we highly recommend), then you do not need to be on Package 11 and you can be on Package 5 for less.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
