no i meant infinity AT.. they did an update for people doing demo and simulated and sent an email to all the clients about it saying demo and simulated trading wouldnt be supported after yesterday afternoon without an update from the website

It appears you are using a TransAct demo account and for the time being those cannot be used with Sierra Chart until we update to the new TransAct API which will be toward the End of next week.
