I'm unable to connect to my TT account. The log doesn't really provide any helpful information for me. I enabled FIX logging but nothing appears.

Most likely you do not have the correct settings in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Price Feed/Orders. Refer to the set up instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/TradingTechnologies.php#SetupInstructions

If you need help with the settings you will need to contact your broker/trading service.

It is also possible your computer's clock is not set correctly but you would be told that through a pop-up System Notification Message when you start Sierra Chart.

I just reviewed that again and I have all the settings from my broker and entered them exactly as shown. So what are my next steps? I'm getting the same issue.

You will need to contact your broker about this. Who is it? It is their responsibility to help with this. They have access to the server log files and they know what the Connection settings should be.

It is impossible for us to help with this.

I have contacted my broker. Surprised you know it's a socket error but beyond that you don't have any other information.

Thanks

What the Message Log indicates is the remote server is closing the connection after Logon, for a reason which we do not know.

The only thing we can help with is to tell you to make sure your computer's clock is set accurately. Refer to help topic 38 here:

My clock is accurate. I reviewed those instructions. I receive no errors regarding that. Thanks.

The broker indicated that I can't be connected to Sierra Charts at the same time as I'm connected to another platform, which makes it not so useful. At least I know why it was not allowing a connection.

Thanks.
