Historical Market Stats

I have my Historical Market Stats set to 120 days, and have deleted and refreshed the charts, but they only go back as far as 2-4 (60 days)??? And my Data service is set to download 365 days? How do I see older historical market stats (TICK NYSE, NVOL, NISS, etc)???

For the new Sierra Chart market statistics symbols, the starting date you give is about correct. That is about when they begin. In the next release, 1118, we will allow support for the old market statistics symbols using the "SC Historical Data Service".
