Delayed data Feed for Sierra Charts. How to fix?

Hello Sierra Charts personal,

I have been using Sierra Charts for some time now, I am trading through the AMP Futures broker firm. Recently, I switched to the Denali Data feed package and have had no live feed. I have everything paid for but still don't get the live feed. I do not understand what is the case. I would love some help on setting up or figuring out what is going on? I have spent a lot on the packages and data feed just for it to be delayed by 10 mins. Please do help. Thank you!

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
