Hello support, I currently have your package 3 subscription and am using the fxcm data feed. Please could you advise me on the additional cost of using your new Sierra data feed on the following markets only: US30 ( Dow Jones index) GER30 ( German Dax Index) USDJPY ( US Dollar / Japanese Yen forex pair) Many thanks. |

The new Sierra Chart data feed is an exchange data feed. These particular symbols are Forex and CFD symbols. They are included with package 3. There is no additional charge. You will see them listed in File >> Find Symbol. Press delete? You just need to select the symbols and open charts for them. I understand...but the data feed from fxcm is limited. I need actual data to run analysis on...for example your new offering on High Frequency Footprint cannot function from an fxcm data feed. |
