Hello,

For some reason I am not able to connect. It says DTC Client Socket closed and keeps trying to re-connect. It was working just fine and then today I tried to login and i keep getting these errors.

There appears to be some issue with Rithmic at the moment. We are looking into it, although it looks like a Rithmic issue, as there have not been any changes on our end.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

We have heard back from Rithmic and they state that they have fixed the issue. You should be able to connect now.

Thank you.
One more question: For some reason, it has been stuck at "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" for quite some time.
Is there a way I can stop whatever it is doing and fix this as it seems stuck? I let it run for quite some time to download and nothing

The only thing you can do is to exit from Sierra Chart and then start it again.

I have done this several times. I waited it out and still nothing.
"Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until done."
I even changed the days to 15 to not load that much data

Sorry, we did not understand that this was a different issue.

The Rithmic interface does not have the historical data in a manner that we can process it. Therefore, in order to get historical data, you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. Refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

Hello,

Thank you very much for your help. I already have the Denali Data Feed. I purchased option 11.

I am trying to login with Rithmic data from LeeLooTrading. When I use the Data provided from LeeLoo, it gets stuck on downloading history. But I do have a Denali plan as well.

Package 11 is just one part of getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are not getting any data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed at this time, as you do not have it setup completely. Please go through all of the Setup Instructions at the following link to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed fully setup:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You changed to Package 11 and you filled out the agreements, but you did not activate the exchanges for which you want to the get the real-time data. Therefore, you were not getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to finish go through the Setup Instructions starting at the following link and finish the remaining steps:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions)

Also, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data from the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fees. The connection to LeeLoo does not count towards this. For more information on this, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have an account that you can connect to in order to fulfill this requirement, then refer to the following service:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Also, one final note - before you activate the exchange(s), you may want to wait until November 1. As the exchanges do not pro-rate the fees, so if you activate an exchange today (October 31), you will pay the full amount just for today and then pay the full amount on November 1 for November.

Hello,

Everything is showing Activated. Here is what I did.

I purchased package 11. Funded the account with $46.
I then used the Rithmic DTC Data service settings to put in the login info from LeeLooTrading. Everything was loading properly. No issues.

Thursday comes along and Rithmic has issues, that I was unaware about, and does not allow me to login.

Rithmic issues then get resolved but no matter what I do, either the login info is not working now or it just says Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until download complete. I let it download for hours and even overnight. Just let it do it’s thing.

Even after waiting for the download to complete it still gave me that message but no bars are showing and keeps saying downloading historical data. I logged in and out several times. I tried just using SC Data to run and download the info, I tried it with Rithmic settings, deleting all historical data and re-downloading, I tried changing the days to load to 5 instead of the default of 3 hundred something if I remember correctly.

I followed the initial steps that allowed it to work the first time but ever since there was the issues with Rithmic, I have not been able to log back in. But everything is the exact same way it was when it was working before Rithmic issues so I am not sure why it’s not taking it this time

You have not selected the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data. You need to do this in order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions starting at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions)

You were never setup to get the data from our Denali feed. You were most likely getting the real-time data from Rithmic, just not the historical data. Or, depending on your setup, you may have been getting data from our delayed data feed. In any case, it doesn't matter. You need to activate the exchange(s) you want in order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
