Is SC current version compatible with Windows 11?

i have the possibility to upgrade to Windows 11, but I am holding the upgrade till learn id currect SC version runs on W11, could not find any thread in the support board. thanks for your advice

Hi Sierra Support - I will soon need to upgrade my computer , please comment on Windows 11 compatibility with the current / latest version of Sierra Charts, Thank you.

note : I would like to avoid widows/microsoft entirely , so if you have any recommendations on alternative platform software - please provide a link to those instructions.

We have not done any testing of Windows 11 but in general we would not expect there to be any issue running Sierra Chart on Windows 11.


Sierra Chart has a very simple interface to the operating system. So there should be no issue.

I helped a client move his Sierra Chart installation to a Mac running Parallels and Windows 11. There were no issues that we could see.

My Sierra Chart on Win11 Home version 21H2 works fine!
