Hi, I'm still not getting any delayed data feed. I've upgraded to service 5 advanced and ensured the delayed agreement has been signed but still luck. Please help.

Thanks

Mike

The Package does not matter. The Delayed Streaming Data is available for all Sierra Chart packages at no extra cost. So if you just need to be on Package 3, then you can change to that package (note that changing your package will not incur any costs, we just adjust the Usage End Date based on the difference in the package cost).

There really should not be any reason for not getting the data, as long as you have your Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services and you have the correct symbols for the CME Group, EUREX and CFE. Note that we do not have delayed streaming data for other exchanges.

If all of the above looks correct on your system, then we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.
