Hello! I have data from the Interactive broker going with a delay. I decide this with the option to Delete and Download Data, but I don't want to do that. What needs to be corrected so that the data from the IB goes normally and without delay? I am subscribed through IB to the data of the market Nyse and Nasdaq. Picture attached.

There is nothing that can be done within Sierra Chart to fix this. It is not an issue that has been created by our software. You need to check with Interactive Brokers as to why the data is not in real-time.

Hello! My problem with the volume was solved, I figured out the correct spelling of the ticker, but I found that the volume profile shows only the volume but does not show the direction of transactions. The volume profile does not see what buy or sell trades were. Why is this happening? Figure below.

The only thing we can say is that it is what the data feed is sending. We can not help with the data from Interactive Brokers.

To ensure that you get the best data, we recommend using the Sierra Chart data feeds. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart

We are working on a new interface for NASDAQ data to have market depth with the U.S. Equities data. This should be available in a few months. Refer to the status of this project in the following thread:

Wait for the NASDAQ data feed. It should only be about one month away.

For the information we have on our new NASDAQ feed, refer to the information here:

We do not understand why you are on Package 12 when you are not getting any data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Are you trying to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed so you can get the Market by Order data?

If you are just in the middle of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to follow these instructions to setup the data feed for the CME Group (EUREX and CFE instructions are on the same page):
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Then, to get the MBO data, you would follow the instructions at the following link:

I am using package 12, data with latency (15 minutes), including MOC, exchange tools CME. I understand that this data comes from the data feed of the exchange denali. Or is it not so? Figure below. I have not yet configured real-time data connection subscriptions.
I have a question. Can I receive data for stock exchange shares without a subscription with a 15-minute delay?

Ok, we understand now. We did not think about the MBO data for the delayed feed.

Yes, the MBO and delayed data is part of the Denali feed, although you can get the delayed data with any package, but not the MBO data.

The stock data is available as historical data that updates at most every 20 minutes and is within 15 minutes of the current time. But it is not streaming data like the delayed Denali data. Refer to the following:

Hello, I have a question about subscription payment for the Nyse and Nasdaq exchange data.
I use the services of an Interactive Brokers. While work is underway to set up the submission of stock exchange data, how will the payment of fees be organized?
1. If I use the services of supplying these exchanges from the Sierra chart, will I trade through the Sierra chart?
2. How and for what will the payment be organized? Will I pay $ 15 subscription for Sierra chart data, and will not pay a subscription to an Interactive Brokers?

1. You would have to look at this the other way. The question is where do you want to do your trading. If you want to use Sierra Chart, then you would only need our data. If, on the other hand, you want to trade from the IB software, then you would need to have the IB data.

2. You would pay for the Sierra Chart data to us (Sierra Chart) and any data you get from IB is paid to IB. As noted above, if you do not need to trade from the IB software, then you can just get the data from us and trade through our software.

if I will trade through the Sierra chart then the service settings should be SC Data - All Services. In this case, I do not understand how trading through the Sierra Chart will take place, if the brokerage account I have in IB ??

The above statement is not correct. Your Service will be set to Interactive Brokers. You can then get your data from us and trade with IB.

As I understand it, while there is no subscription to these Denali for the stock exchanges (Nyse and Nasdaq). Where can I see the subscription announcement?

Guys hello! November is ahead! How long to wait for the completion of the project with data for stock exchanges (Nyse and Nasdaq)? I've spent a month "on the fence" so far!
