Hi,

I have the Denali feed.
I got it because I thought it had market depth historical data.

However, when I do a replay, I still just get 1x1 on the ladder.
How do I make it show all the depth data in the ladder??
Is this a case of having to record it first?? (I was trying to avoid that, thats why I got Denali)

Ive got all the correct settings checked
Tick data
Download historical market depth data is YES
Ive deleted all my data and redownloaded.
It still just shows 1x1 on the ladder

Thanks
Kylie

You did not update Sierra Chart. You are still running an older version of Sierra Chart.

Follow the instructions in post #2 above. Also what is the symbol of the chart. We need to know the exact symbol.

And add the Market Depth Historical Graph study to the chart so you can see the market depth data:

This is still an issue sadly.

Ive just been doing replays with 1x1.

But it would be really nice to be able to see all the data during replays.
Specially since Im paying for it.

Thanks

Please let me know if there is anything else I can try.

First, are you getting the full Market Depth in real-time (not during a replay)?

Second, go through the information at the following link to ensure that you are setup to get the historical market depth data:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data

Finally, go through the information at the following link for things to look into related to replaying market depth:

Yeah I get the data in real-time just fine.

Ive done everything in those threads unfortunately. Still doesnt work.
Sometimes it will though, but very rarely. Its a nice treat when it does.

Also, my charts are always out of sync with the DOM for replays. The prices never match.
Its fine, cuz I trade just off the dom and dont really need charts, but it would be nice if the data was consistent across both.

Timezone is set to Global on every chart and DOM. (PDT - 7)

Being a programmer myself, I know that my feedback/comments above are pretty meaningless and inactionable to you, but still thought Id bring them up, since these are real issues that are occuring. Just no real idea why or how they occur.

Are you using a Trade and Current Quote Symbol? This might explain everything you are seeing. If you are, do you have the option for Use as Trade Symbol Only enabled?
