Hi, When i select SC data services i get delayed data for FTIU21-Euronext (AEX EOE Amsterdam index) Which is good. However my broker did set me up with CQG so i have to select that as trade service.
I'm trying to find the correct symbol for the EOE index but so far no luck, F.US.FTIU21 is not working (allow support for SC data feeds is set to yes)
Do i need to map it somewhere? Or am i using the wrong symbol?
i have package 11
Thanks

We have the FTI futures in the Symbol Settings for CQG. So F.US.FTIU21 should work. You would need to check if you are setup to get that data from CQG.

or is it not possible to get that delayed data from SC in combination with realtime CME data from trade services CQG?

if so, can i have another trade service activated?
And if i understand correctly im not using the Denali feed now?
sorry its a bit confusing....

Since you are setup to use CQG for your order routing, we assume that any data that you are not getting from us would come from CQG. If you are paying CQG for the data, then you should check with them to ensure that you are setup for it.

If you just want to get the delayed data from us, then the best way to do this is to install a second copy of Sierra Chart in which you will keep the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. This will then give you the data from us, which will be the delayed streaming data for the CME Group (exchanges you do not have activated for real-time), EUREX, and CFE, along with the historical data for the other exchanges (such as EURONEXT).

You will not be able to place any trades from that installation, but you will get the data you are looking for and it does not cost anything additional as long as it is on the same computer.

Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:

Thanks for the help John.

this is the confusing part:

"Sierra Chart offers two Real-Time Exchange data feeds - the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Either of these data feeds can be used with or without the Trading services that Sierra Chart supports, and both support historical market data."

So i want to use CGQ trading services (real time CME data which i subscribed to via SC) with the Denali data feed for delayed data....
Is a separate install from SC really my only option?
can i have a different broker profile which is working with sc data services?

You have a few options, from what we would consider "easiest" to "hardest", having nothing to do with price:

1) Get Real-Time data for EuroNext from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

2) Install a second Sierra Chart for the delayed data from EuroNext and the main one for trading with CQG.

3) Keep a single installation of Sierra Chart in which you change the Data/Trade Service Settings back and forth between CQG and SC Data - All Services in order to get the delayed data for EuroNext while connected to SC Data - All Services.

We really do not recommend #3, as it requires you go back and forth and if you are in a position with CQG when you change, you will no longer see that position, and things could turn against you and you may not even know it, or even if you did, you would have to change your service back to CQG and cancel your position.

Thanks John, 1 final question so that i can fully understand it :)

"The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed offers historical and real-time market data from various worldwide exchanges. This data feed is fully integrated with the trading services Sierra Chart supports or it can be used independently."

What does the 'fully integrated' mean?
If its fully integrated with CQG trading services why i'm not able to use it together in 1 installation?

"Fully Integrated" means that you can use the data feed with the trading services.

The reason you are not able to use it with CQG is simply because you are not paying for it. If you chose Option #1 from above, then you would get the real-time data from us and you would not have to go through these "hoops".

But, since you are wanting to just get the delayed data (which is fine), then things change a bit, as we have to allow for the possibility of your using CQG to get the data. Since you are not getting the real-time data from them (and they do not offer delayed data), which our program does not "know", then you have to go to the 2 installation method.
