ChartDOM on two PC´s

Hello, I need help. I have 2 PC´s, desktop and notebook. On both my PC´s is installed one each the same instance Sierrachart. My broker is AMP/Rithmic and I have prepaid SC Real-Time data. A problem is that the in Instance on my notebook Market Depth (ChartDOM) SC Real-Time Data works correctly but in the Instance on my desktop PC Market Depth does not work - nothing is not visible in the ChartDOM, run solely actual Price. Never I not start these two instances in both PC's at the same time! Why now does not work ChartDOM in my desktop PC and in the notebook yes?

You may need to add the columns to the Chart DOM for market depth( Bid/Ask sizes):

Also be sure you have enabled Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window.

All settings are correct, but it does not work.

You did not add the right Buy/Sell order columns. You need to add the ones that contain the Bid ask Ask Sizes.

Ah, yes. Again, I made the same mistake as it was a year ago. Excuse me. It's because I had to reinstall my whole desktop PC, whole Windows and thus also Sierrachart. I just copied the files with the extension .cht and data. Then it is necessary to set the graphics settings etc. and in the haste I made a mistake ...
Otherwise, these very similar options in the menu Customize CHARTDOM Columns ever bring me into confusion... And - Thanks very for your help.
