Scaling prob with numbers going off chart display?

Downloaded latest SC version to re-establish chart for $NSHF, NYSE Advances - Declines. What settings do I need for keeping the current date in view. I tried "constant range" but that leaves large unused space. I have is currently set on "Automatic" but now shows a fixed -700 display with current numbers of -800 out of view?

I uploaded screen shot... I think... but not seeing it in preview?

We really do not fully understand the question. When you make reference to "date", you are referring to the horizontal timescale, so that would be controlled by the bar spacing and the scrollbar:
