IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective July 1, 2021, the new highest quality EUREX EOBI real-time and historical data which is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed is recommended to be used for Sierra Chart users requiring real-time EUREX data in Sierra Chart. This is the very best EUREX data feed which is not offered anywhere else. It provides tick by tick data, delivering all the trades from the EUREX, full market depth, (approximately 200+ levels), and market by order data. It will be a requirement as of July 1 to be using the following Service Packages to continue to access real-time EUREX data in Sierra Chart whether from the Denali Exchange Data Feed or other sources: -10 (equivalent to Service Package 3 with the Denali data feed) -11 (equivalent to Service Package 5 with the Denali data feed) -12 (equivalent to Service Package 5, with the Denali data feed and market by order data support) If you are using Sierra Chart Service Package 10, 11 or 12, there is not a requirement to use the EUREX data as part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, see the instructions at the end of this post. You can still use the externally provided EUREX data from other sources. However, we do recommend the Denali EUREX data. We may make this a requirement at some point for all Service Packages, but not at this time. For all users requiring EUREX real-time or delayed data, it is necessary to be running a current version of Sierra Chart. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. If you are considered a professional by the EUREX, and you have to pay the exchange fee through your broker also, then contact us. Or if there is no way to avoid paying the EUREX exchange fee through your broker as well, let us know and provide details. When it comes to market data feeds, and Sierra Chart, if there were not exchange fees, then we would require our own data feed to be used for the exchanges that are provided by the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The main issue, is having to pay an exchange fee twice in certain circumstances. So what we are going to do in the case of EUREX, is if you are on the Service Package 10 or higher, then it will not be necessary to activate the EUREX exchange fee access to still be able to access real-time EUREX data, from an external source other than the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The first post in this thread has been updated to indicate this. We really do want users to be using the Sierra Chart provided EUREX data feed because it is the very best and gives the best impression when using Sierra Chart, and is much easier for us to support.
