Last date I got data for LONDON appears to be 30APR21 but my delayed LSE exchange subscription is still active.

UK/LSE
the Chart Settings From/To Data Range seems to be stuck on
30APR21 (BLV.LN) and can't be changed.

(Nasdaq is fine - AAPL automatically updates to today's date)

Pls advise

thanks
Jack

Thanks. I tried to send by message some days back but it doesn't seem to have registered. Please note I have used the SEND FOR ANALYSIS method this time (a few minutes back) quoting the previous thread.

Installed Sierra Chart on second PC ; Message Log says LSE enabled

Nasdaq/AAPL appears fine
Still nothing for LSE
ESP.LN
BARC.LN
HSBC.LN
Symbol... unknown
...
Exchange not authorised

On first installation, LSE was working fine for numbers bars until the end of April.
Existing LSE charts still displaying until end of April on first installation.

Can I only access LSE on one installation? Nasdaq was fine with two running, but had to close First instance when attempting LSE on second installation - somewhat ironic as neither is working!

Thanks Jack

You can definitely only get the data on one computer at a time. But there are no restrictions on having to get the data only to a single computer.

We are checking into the issue with the LSE. We do know what is happening yet.

Regarding post #4, we do apologize for the delay. We think we see where the problem is. It looks like the internal exchange code for LSE used by Barchart has changed.

And that is what is causing the error with the exchange not authorized.

We are looking into this.
