Problems with displaying intraday charts with delayed data and Interactive Brokers

Hello Sierra Chart Team,

when I connect Interactive Brokers as a trading service with Sierra Chart, the charts of the markets, where I have not subscribed to live data, are sometimes displayed very distorted. This is especially true for intraday charts (Market Profile etc.). In some cases prices/values of -1 are displayed.

In the attachment I have attached two screenshots.

For certain markets (for example, ICE US with CC, KC, OJ, etc.) but the delayed data is enough for the analysis so that I do not need live data for all markets that I analyze.

I have not yet found out if there is a setting option for these certain markets, so that I do not have to constantly remove the IB Trading Service for the analysis of these markets. Since I trade the other markets partly with live data via Sierra at IB it is very inconvenient.

I have already tried to solve the problem by unchecking "Chart Settings/Advanced Settings/Allow Real-Time Updating of Historical Chart".

Also in the support board I have not found a solution for the problem.

We do not provide help for Interactive Brokers data:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Notice: Sierra Chart Does Not Provide Support for Interactive Brokers Symbols or Data Issues

We do have ICE data available with the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service and that is what we recommend you use:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

It can be set to periodically update.

You just need to install another copy of Sierra Chart to use this data and you will no longer have any data issues. Please do not struggle with Interactive Brokers. We are not going to help at all with that.
