I am not able to get any data. I have tried changing trade/service setting to Denali, but not sure which one. Please help

You are not signed up to get real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

It appears that you are setup to connect to CQG. If you are supposed to be getting your data from CQG and are having an issue with this, then contact your broker to ensure that everything is setup properly for your CQG account.

If you are wanting to get Delayed data, then you would need to set your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services.
