Delayed data for FTSE 100

For both CME and LIFFE, the FTSE 100 data is not working. SP 500, crude oil and currencies are working fine. But FTSE 100 comes up blank on delayed data free trial. How do I fix this?

What are the exact symbols that you are trying to open for the FTSE 100? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

ZH21-LIFFE I also tried: FT1H21-CME UVH21 I even tried the June contracts M. But the quoteboard is blank for some reason

FT1H21-CME is rarely traded and there is no intraday data. If you open a Daily Historical chart for that symbol you will see the data and how little it trades. ZH21-LIFFE should not be a problem, on the other hand. You should get data, but it will not be streaming. Since you are not signed up for Real-Time data for the exchange you will only get the Historical data which updates every 20 minutes or so (depending on your setting) and is 10-15 minutes behind. If you are still just getting a blank screen for ZH21-LIFFE then we need to see your Message Log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
