Hi,

I did try to connect TT to Sierra in order to data feed and send orders, however; I noticed that data feed and routing orders to B3 is not supported by Sierra.
Is there any way around where I can use Sierra chart to do that with TT ::

thank you

Sierra Chart does support sending orders to B3 when using TT. Do you currently use a futures broker who supports B3 on TT?

Previous SC versions we could do that Using Fix....

Thank you

TT is supported through the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

However, with the trouble we have with the B3 data feed from our data provider. We do not recommend using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service for B3 since we do not have a good data feed to use with it.

I spoke to TT service desk and they told me that the market data is provided by my broker in Brazil.
I will test to see it will work well.

So my routing orders will go through TT and I will pay US$ 0.05/contract (TT's cost) plus US$ 0.10/contract to Sierra ?

The problem is Sierra Chart does not support TT market data. But you could see if IQ Feed has the B3 data feed:
DTN IQ Feed Data Service

So my routing orders will go through TT and I will pay US$ 0.05/contract (TT's cost) plus US$ 0.10/contract to Sierra ?
The cost would only be .10 to Sierra Chart. You would not pay anything direct to TT in this case.

And if you do use IQ Feed, then you need to use this method to get the data into the instance of Sierra Chart used with the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service:

We have confirmed that IQ Feed does have B3 data:
https://iqfeed.net/symbolguide/index.cfm?symbolguide=guide&displayaction=support§ion=guide&web=iqfeed&guide=commod&web=IQFeed&symbolguide=guide&displayaction=support§ion=guide&type=bmf

Now this data feed is more expensive, but it is supported. So it is a way to get real-time and historical data for that exchange.

Hi,

is TT on B3 still supported?
What about CQG?

I contacted stoneX and they told me they dont support TT or CQG on B3, so what other brokers do?

I can see historical data on SC for B3 and Matba. I understand there is no real time feed, and IQfeed is required, but is the historical SC data reliable and regularly updated ?

Thanks

We are phasing TT out. You need to use CQG or Interactive Brokers, for B3.

We cannot help with market data either for B3 other than historical end of day data. Real-time and Intraday data will need to come from the providers we gave above.

OK. It is a pity, CQG web api is inferior to TT fix, and it remains the only option for real global markets access.
ICE and Chinese markets are very important, but I doubt will ever be supported by TETON, and can only be traded via CQG api, not a very professional option for fast execution. The question is, what professional traders use, Sierra or TT..? You have institutional clients like hedge funds?
With TT fix, Sierra was almost professional level (no iceberg were supported)
Teton will be good for cme, eurex, but what about global markets?

I do not think IB offers B3, https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=1563&p=fut
They dont have any south american exchange available.

We do not know Interactive Brokers does not support B3. We will check on B3 to see how the data is accessed and the trading protocol.

HI User521555,
were you using TT routing on B3 in the past? Did it work? Are able to trade B3 now with Sierra?

Sierra,
You mean real time data? wasn't TT fix routing already supported in the past? You mean with CQG?

Thanks a lot to all

Hi User155017

You can connect TT with Multicarts (that's similar to SC). I did prefer SC.
I did not use SC with TT fix n the past.
I did contact CQG and they're talking to B3 and may have B3 connection ready by July/22.
If I have any news I will post here.

best regards,

Hi User521555,

thank you for your reply.

I see multichart-TT connection info here: https://www.multicharts.com/trading-software/index.php/Trading_Technologies_2020

I believe the API key requires the TT pro license correct? With TT sierra order routing it is (was) not necessary to have to pay any fee for the TT platform. This is what it is (was) great about it, for non Teton markets.

I am surprised CQG is not offering connection, because B3 is on their list of supported exchanges: https://www.cqg.com/partners/exchanges

Regards

Hi User155017,

I also got suprise too that CQG does not support B3. I did try to get datafeed and I could not, sounds funny !!
In order to use TT + Multicharts, yes you are right, you need TT Pro.

Hi User521555,
I called CQG and they told me they fully support order routing on B3.
May be SC only cannot get the feed. Did you try to use a CQG trading platform directly?

Thanks

Hi All,

Is there any user who can confirm this is possible?

1)does Sierra support trading and data for B3 using CQG?

2)Some questions apply other exchanges available with CQG but not with TETON.

What brokers is suggested for B3?

The TT order routing is still available for B3?

Thanks
