not receiving Denali real-time data, tick data and market depth

i am not receiving real-time data - my market orders submitted via SC Order Routing get filled at prices far away from the current price and my limit orders put away from the prices get filled immediately - all these show that i am not receiving a real-time data at the moment - 8th Jan 2021

Definitely receiving delayed data and at a time even no tick and market depth data, just best price data which on top of that is delayed as well. I have lost money because of that until i figure out what was going on - needs fixing asap

the data is delayed by exactly 10 min - i have established that by watching the timestamps of tick data messages

and again - sometimes there is no tick and market depth data at all (ie including delayed) - just Best / Current Price data, which on top of that is delayed by 10 min

File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

i have sent the message logs as part of new support ticket - do not want the full log file on public forums

from there you will see that your market data system seems to connect my session to your Delayed feed even though i am subscribed for the Real-Time one and hence wiped out a whole day of my trading and even made me lose money due to the inevitable discrepancies between delayed market data and order fills done against real time market data:
