Purchased Denali data, but data being showed is Delayed

Hello, I recently opened a futures account with Phillip Captial via EdgeClear, and at the same time, I have purchased the "Denali Exchange data for all feeds" along with the CME $3.00 Top of book option. I can connect to the "SC Data- All Services (data)" service, but the data being showed is delayed. I am also trying to connect with the Sim side server trading through Sierra, but when switched to the "Trading evaluator" server, the data does not even update. Any ideas on how this issue can be resolved? Is the account through Phillip Captial via EdgeClear on TT, CQG or Rithmic? We need to know which one of those. The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Hi. I do have a live funded account and I submitted my account info to Sierra chart. The status states its accepted. I don’t know wether Phillips uses tt, cqg, or rithmic. I thought Denali is separate data from those 3? I have done the steps you provided in the first link multiple times but still no luck. Is it something on edge clears end? The agreements are accepted, but the CME Group still requires a monthly validation of your funded trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. We do this by having you connect to that trading account at least once a month. You will need to find out from your broker what trading service you are using so you can connect Sierra Chart to that trading service. Once you have that information, let us know and we will point you to the Setup Instructions you need to follow to connect Sierra Chart to that service. Ok i just filled out the SC Order Routing service agreement that was given to me by my broker. I've submitted it and they'll be waiting for the form to get to them so they can set up the non pro data.
