1. You would need to talk to TransAct about getting Package 5 instead of Package 3. Otherwise, you would need to have a direct account with us that you can use to connect to TransAct. Refer to the information here:

2. Most likely what you are seeing is just a difference in the symbol for the drawings. Refer to this setting:
Chart Settings: Show Chart Drawings For Different Symbols (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu)

And refer to this information regarding this section in relation to rollover and also note the section after this:
