Hi - I activated the denali feed with CME with Market Depth but i`m not seeing real time data. Please look into it

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

I have a live funded account with TD ameritrade. the screenshot (https://www.sierrachart.com/images/TradingService.png) shows td ameritrade but i don`t see that option in my sierra settings

Sierra Chart no longer supports TD Ameritrade. You would need to have a funded account with one of the supported services that we work with. You will find the list here:
