I can't for the life of me figure out how to get 240 minute SI chart containing at least the last years worth of data. Whenever I do it I get very choppy data with days and even entire months missing. I use Infinity Futures. This is all I get: http://screencast.com/t/IGoG6atWV
That is inaccurate data and I am unable to chart using it. I am using older contracts, rolling them over to new contracts, and using the continuous data feature. PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong! PLEASE, I beg of you!!!

We have not had a chance yet to test this.

We have run a test and the chart looks good for us:

Follow each and every step-by-step instruction here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ChartSettings.html#ContinuousFuturesContract

We have established clear procedures for this, and you should not have any trouble as long as you follow through each step.

Be sure to follow step #11.
