Dear Sierra Charts Support Desk. I must thank you for the amazing work you have been doing. I am currently using demo account of Sierra charts and interested to subscribe to package5 from 1st of August 2020 for 6months.

1. I don't have any US based Trading Account with brker which will help me to get live data feed at discounted price.

2. I have read your post related to alternative route of having package 5 subscription and monthly fee of extra 42$ for live data feed. That feed would give me the live data of US indices especially ES.

3. I know it is difficult for you to reply but still writing in hope that after subscription of Sierra charts for 6 months.

4. How can I get that 42$ package so that can help me with live charting related to ES in real time. If you can guide with those steps needed to be done related to the payment of 42$ per month so that everything is in order for me to trade.

Thank you so much. With lot of regards and best wishes.

Dr Syed Bilal Shah

Thank you in

There are two options available to you. The first is to simply pay the Professional Exchange fees. If you are mainly going to be trading the ES and other E-Mini's, then the exchange that you can use is the "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account", which contains the Globex exchange. That exchange costs $62.40 USD per month (it used to be $42.00 but went up with a change from the CME a few months ago). You will find the list of symbols that are available with that exchange option here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Futures#GBLX

If you did that, then your data costs would be the following (in USD per month):
- Denali Exchange Data Feed: $25.00
- CME E-Mini Exchange: $62.40
Total: $87.40 USD per month

Also refer to the information here on the Denali Exchange Data Feed for more information:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

The other option, if it is available in your country, is to create an account with AMP that will use the Sierra Chart Order Routing with TT as the trading account. You just need to fund it with an initial payment of $200 which will stay in the account as long as you need to use it. This would allow you to qualify for the lower-priced CME Exchange Fees, in which case you could get the Globex and CME exchanges with Market Depth for $10.40 USD per month. You will find more information on this service here:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

If you do this, then your monthly fees would be the following:
- - Denali Exchange Data Feed: $25.00
- CME E-Mini Exchange: $10.40
Total: $35.40 USD per month
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Dear Sierra Charts,

Thank you so much for the reply. This is what I will do that I will activate package 5 since due to my Nationality no US based broker will open my account to get cheaper data.

I am willing to pay for package 5 and in addition to package 5, I will subscribe to below

- Denali Exchange Data Feed: $25.00
- CME E-Mini Exchange: $62.40
Total: $87.40 USD per month

Question 1:
I know it will give me live data of Emini ES Future and depth of the Emini ES. But Will it give me data for the US stocks as well in real time or delayed data of those stocks especially the DOM. Coz that would be wonderful as it would help me in charting ?

Question 2:
It is 24th July today so should I subscribe from today to all of the above or wait till 1st August as billing is from start of the month till the last of the month.

Thank you so much for you help in advance.

1. Signing up for the Denali Exchange Data Feed does not give you the Real-Time U.S. Stocks. You do, however, have access to the delayed data for U.S. Stocks. This is part of what you get with Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

2. We recommend you wait until August 1. You will get the first full month for free, an then you would not need to make a payment for the data until September 1.

If you do want Real-Time U.S. Equities (now or in the future), then refer to the information here:

Hello - I am wondering how to go in this direction, since I do not have a funded futures account & I do not plan to trade via linked Sierra Chart supported brokers. To be clear -- I am only interested in real-time DOM data & advanced features for e-mini s&p / nq ..

I have started with Package 11 because I wanted access to 1)Advanced features + 2) real-time data. I realize I may have made a mistake/overpaid... no complaints

What are my next steps? -- linking the right instructional pages is great, just want to be sure I'm moving in the right direction. Is there a separate place I need to go to pay for the "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account"

thanks in advance - JD

First, we really do not recommend just paying for the Professional exchange fees. You can find a broker that can setup an account for a few hundred dollars and although you will not have access to those funds, it is still better than paying way more than that for the Professional fees. In particular, we recommend looking into this service:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

If you do the above, then that will qualify you for the non-professional rates.

Otherwise, if you just want to do the professional fees, then that is up to you.

In either case, once you determine which way you are going to go, you will then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
