I am trying to subscribe to the SC data feed. I have completed all the steps. I get an Action Required message that says Futures Broker: This field is required. My primary broker is AGN with Rithmic data feed but this is not listed in your list so I selected other and then typed in AGN under where it ask to type in your brokers name. I can not get past this step so could you tell me how to continue. Thanks |

We are checking on this. It could be that AGN is too short of a name. For now type in AGN Futures.

I typed in AGN futures and the first error code went away. But when I clicked on the Activate button I now get under Action: Completed: submitted for review. Under Ending Date it says Pending Review. I then restarted my Sierra Chart destination copy where I activated the data feed and when I opened sierra charts with Rithmic the source copy with DTN IQ automatically opened. Why would the source copy automatically open. and why am I getting the messages of Pending Review and submitted for review. Thanks |

We have now approved your Market Data Agreement. So it is no longer pending review. What you will need to do now is restart Sierra Chart. After this go to the charts that normally get data from the IQ Feed instance and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Press the Find button beside the Symbol box and select the Rithmic instance at the top of that window and then reselect the symbol and press OK. You need to do this for each of the charts. For the Russell 2000 futures that is on the ICE US exchange and you are not enabled for that exchange. We recommend waiting until next month since it's a nearly 100 USD exchange fee.
