AMP/TTNet - Trade Order Error - Order Rejected

Just tried to place a first (bracket) order using SC with AMP/TTNet to trade the ES futures, but received the following error message: "Trade Order Error - TT order update (Rejected). Info: Risk Client: Product is not allowed. Internal Order ID: 2942. Service Order ID: 022LTQ190. Symbol: ES-201403-CME | 2014-01-23 01:15:42" The order was a buy limit with attached stop limit and target limit orders. The order did not get filled. Connection to broker/ account seems fine and I am able to trade in simulation mode. Can somebody help please? |
