Missing data in FX datafeed

There appears to be missing intraday data for 16:05 to 16:40 today in EUR/USD and every other fx symbol i have checked. I tried 'Delete and download data' but it didn't fix it. Is this related to a Fxcm outage or technical problem?

Yes, there was an FXCM outage and we will have to patch the data. This is a time-consuming process. We will try to have it done later today.

What will help speed this up as if you let us know what specific symbols you are charting? Some symbols we may not be able to patch because we have no alternative source of data for them. For me this would be the following FXCM symbols:FX: EUR.USD, GBP.USD, AUD.USD, NZD.USD, CAD.USD, CHF.USD EUR.JPY, GBP.JPY, AUD.JPY, USD.JPY CFD: US30, SPX500, GER30, JPN225, USOil, XAUUSD Please let us know here when the patch is done. Thank you! |
