We are contacting CTS about this.

It would help us if you can provide us the complete Message Log. Send it by using the Send For Analysis button on the Window >> Show/Hide Message Log. Let us know when that is done.

Another thing came to mind, update Sierra Chart to 1078 or higher. Do this by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

This version supports FIX incremental market data update messages. Which are more efficient.

One thing we would like you to do is to update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. It receives more efficient market data updates from the CTS FIX server.

However, we have looked at your Message Log and this is what we are seeing:
CTS Historical FIX Session: Disconnected. | 2014-01-22 09:25:37
Socket closed. Windows error code 10053:

The 10053 network socket error is in relation to the Historical data FIX connection. This is normal. That connection will be closed by the server within one minute of the last request for historical data. You can disregard it.

This was the response we received from CTS after they examined the logs related to your connections:

I see six unexpected disconnects between this user’s PC and 6 different host servers on our end for both traditional API connections (our frontend) and SierraChart fix connections. This suggests the user’s local internet connectivity is flaky at best. We are not aware of any other internet related issues system wide at the moment. This user needs to improve their internet connectivity.

This can all be seen by the user and the user’s FCM in their session details available on line. Users should be contacting Dorman for level 1 support

In the case of CTS T4, you cannot connect more than one time to your T4 account at the same time using Sierra Chart.
