I recently activated Real time data via Denali Exchange Data feed for Sierra with market depth for CME. When I open up an intraday chart for ESM20 the price is stuck, and when I open the Trading DOM it does not show bids / asks.

Not sure what's going on here - I had it up and running yesterday and everything worked fine.

You should be getting delayed data. Not real time. And you should also be receiving market depth data. The first thing we want you to do, is follow the instructions below:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

----
Also, in regards to real-time data:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

We recommend using the above solution in any case to avoid this problem in the future.

I currently use TD Ameritrade as my live trading account. Is there any way I can use that to activate my data subscription?

The only way you can continue to use TD Ameritrade to validate your trading account for the CME Group is to go back to a version of Sierra Chart of 2026 or earlier.

But, we do not recommend this, as we continue to improve Sierra Chart and you will not be able to upgrade to take advantage of the changes. Rather, we recommend just using this option instead:
