We see a lot of interest in users who want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time on a second system/device.

Understand, the CME is going to require you pay for exchange fees on that second device if used at the same time. We are going to implement a number of devices option which will support up to 2 devices which will multiply the exchange fees subscribed to on the Denali feed by 2, to support this. So if you are paying already approximately 30 USD /month in exchange fees, then the exchange fees go to 60 USD/month.

We expect to have this ready before the end of April 2020.

Currently you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for three different installations of Sierra Chart on the same system. So three connections are supported but only on a single system.

Hello, can you please clarify:

If Denali data feed is only available for ONE machine, does this mean that it is assigned to a specific machine (MAC/IP address) or just simply cannot be used on more than ONE machine at any given time?

The reason I am asking is because sometimes I need to trade on the go and if I am not at my trading desk at home and using a laptop with another installation of Sierra Chart, will I still be able to get real-time Denali market data?

Will I need to manually disconnect the data feed on the main machine before login in from the laptop in order to get real-time data or will this be done automatically once the new login from laptop is initiated?

Yes.

Yes. Or you can just use a Remote Desktop Connection to your main computer from your laptop. You should set that up so that is an alternative method.

Thank you for clarifying this. Then I guess the latest announcement from you about adding an option of having 2nd Denali connection for the additional cost is a very good thing to have. Especially for people who would like to run Sierra with some automated strategies on co-located VPS and also have their development / trading machine at the main office.

I am sure many people will gladly take advantage of this option of the an additional device for the Denali data feed.

Thank you Support.

If using Denali in conjunction with CQG or Rithmic for routing (yes I know TT is preferred but there can be other reasons for this), is there any reason NOT to request the CQG/Rithmic Top Of Book feed only from the broker? Presumably once 'Allow Support for SC data feeds' is checked, any data from the broker is ignored.

In regards to #29 this does not matter one way or another from the perspective of Sierra Chart.

I'm using ONE machine, and I want to use a second instance of SC via a second installation, not via the "File > New Instance" option.

Will the CME see (will I be charged for) one connection or two?

This is considered one connection from the perspective of the exchange.

In light of the CME new rules in April & May, can I ask when the Denali feed offering will be able to include the following exchanges/products so we can buy all our data in one hit from Denali:

- CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX full depth
- Eurex Retail (and Eurex full depth as separate options)
- US Stocks (ie Nasdaq/NYSE/AMEX)

If we could do that in one hit with one fee for the datafeed and one fee for each of these exchanges it would make it a lot simpler and then we would not have to overly focus on the ridiculous CME rule changes on definitions of subscriber and number of datafeeds

Thanks in advance

Further, it would be great to see all of Sierra's data offerings under one brand (ie Denali) rather than split between Denali and Sierra as this is confusing and adds to a user's expense when he/she has to pay for both datafeeds

Hi - is the feature to pay for the second Denali data feed for 2 separate systems available now? If so, how would I go about in setting this up?

Thanks,
HN
